We'll deliver to you
We offer free shipping on all orders $149 and over, and free shipping on all brushout sample orders.
Orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day.
Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery.
Please remember that during very busy times, deliveries may take longer and delays with the courier service are out of our control however if you have any queries about your order please contact us at hello@aalto.co.nz and we will be happy to assist you.
Click & Collect
We offer click and collect from the Aalto stores in Penrose, Auckland and Christchurch.
To place an order for click and collect, simply select this option and choose your store at the checkout.
Same day click and collect is available for orders placed before 12pm, Monday - Friday only. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect, but if you require it urgently contact our team.

We offer same day shipping on orders placed before 10am within Auckland and Christchurch metro areas.
A flat rate of $35.99 per item applies.
Returns
Due to the nature of our product (custom tinted paint) we are unable to offer returns or exchanges is you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible at hello@aalto.co.nz
You will need to provide photos of the damaged items, and the courier will collect these so please do not dispose of them. Please note, we can only accept claims for damages within 14 days of the order being shipped.
Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aalto.co.nz or by phoning 0800 761 333.
If you cancel your order prior to it being completed and despatched you will receive a full refund.
