Galvanised Iron Primer

Procoat Roof Galvanised Iron Primer is a modified acrylic, anti-corrosive and quick drying primer formulated for use on new and mildly weathered galvanised iron.

• Typical uses: as a primer for galvanised iron and zincalume roofing to ensure the adhesion of topcoats
• Coverage: 10-12m² per litre

1. To achieve the best results, ensure the surface is dry, free from dirt, dust and other contaminants. Wash surfaces with Procoat Roof Clean, especially where moss and mould is present.

2. Stir paint thoroughly with a broad flat paddle, using an up and down scooping motion.

3. Apply 1 or 2 coats of Procoat Roof Galvanised Iron Primer, allow to dry overnight

4. Apply 2 coats of Procoat Roof Paint, allowing 2 hours between coats.
