Please read these terms and conditions before making a purchase from our website. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Order Acceptance

All orders placed through the Aalto website are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an order, we will promptly notify you and provide a refund for any payment made.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices on our website are in New Zealand dollars and are subject to change without notice. The total amount payable, including taxes and shipping, will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. We accept payment methods as specified on our website.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make every effort to provide accurate and up to date information regarding our products, including descriptions, specifications and availability. However we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other information are error-free, complete or current. Product availability is subject to change without notice, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific product at all times. 

4. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to ensure that your order is shipped and delivered within the estimated timeframes provided. However, shipping and delivery times may vary depending on various factors beyond our control. Any shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates only.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (custom tinted paint) we are unable to offer returns or exchanges is you change your mind.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact our team as soon as possible at hello@aalto.co.nz
You will need to provide photos of the damaged items, and the courier will collect these so please do not dispose of them. Please note, we can only accept claims for damages within 14 days of the order being shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@aalto.co.nz or by phoning 0800 761 333.
If you cancel your order prior to it being completed and despatched you will receive a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs, displayed on our website is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from our website without prior written agreement by us.
